| Ok...they told me..."you're a television Director and you pitch ideas of your own ." (I remembered they give you five minutes to make an impression.) Tough yes, but I still love directing... and yet film and television is not enough. So years ago, I began to draw...and the compositions I directed with a moving camera now were landscapes and city streets and people framed in paint. The influences of one medium became the aesthetics of another...light and color and movement . People say in some paintings, they can almost hear the sounds . I hear it too....that's why I paint. | |
